When does orders get shipped with tracking numbers? 

After an order is placed, please allow our team to process & ship it out within 3-5 business days, does not include weekends. We strive to ship regular orders out as fast as possible.

How do pre orders work?

If you pre ordered an item please understand that pre orders are all custom made orders & have a process time of 4-6 weeks

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and TAKES 5-7 business to arrive to your door depending on location and state. 

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages.
